What a lovely list. I must copy you and make a list, then we can compare and contrast.
I have been to L'Impero, it was lovely. What was even better than the restaurant was the fact that you hardly feel like you are in midtown Manhattan. Go early if the weather is nice and sit in the park across the street from the restaurant, or stroll aroun Tudor city. Its definitely one of the best kept secrets in Manhattan.
You know how I feel about ICI, I think someone there is sleeping with someone who works at NY Magazine. LUZ is wonderful, even though we can't find parking anymore since the restaurant is always pack. You must order the Arepas and their White Sangria.
